Administrative Assistant to Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies
- Handle candidate inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
-Assist with new hire candidates and orientations
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite and or Microsoft Office(Google Docs, Sheets, Slides,Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in an office is preferred but not required
