Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Validate and process incoming shipments, ensuring that the contents match the order specifications.
• Sufficient equipment is necessary for the safe and efficient handling of merchandise.
• Conduct the designated duties of gathering, packing and preparing orders for shipment by adhering to established procedures.
• Assist with inventory control functions by conducting cycle counts.
• Keep accidents and injuries from happening by following the established safety protocols and procedures.
• A clean and orderly warehouse space is of utmost importance.
• Emphasize the importance of collaborative approaches and mutual support in achieving optimal performance within the warehouse team.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent certification must be earned.
• Though not essential, a background in warehouse or distribution could be an asset.
• Thoroughness in inventory management, with an emphasis on precision.
• Talent in bearing extensive loads and performing demanding manual tasks.
• Fundamental computer skills are necessary prerequisites for managing and maintaining inventory databases.
• Possessing a forklift accreditation or the willingness to pursue one (in certain circumstances).
• Resolutely upholding the highest standards of dependability and punctuality in all work-related endeavors.
• Exceptional collaborative abilities and remarkable communication acuity.
• Being flexible in a challenging and dynamic environment is an important trait.
