What You'll Do:

• Work with the SCM to define clear expectations and goals for each team member, and ensure they understand how their performance impacts VIOC's success.
• Teach, guide, and oversee the activities of part-time workers.
• Deliver oil changes and supplementary vehicle maintenance solutions to keep your automobile running smoothly.
• Support the SCM in the administration and management of the service center.
• The first thing a guest will notice is how they are greeted, so it's important to create a positive and friendly impression from the start.
• Earn repeat business by prioritizing trust and transparency in all interactions.
• Facilitate the success of the service center's supply chain by supporting the inventory, labor, and financial aspects.
• Train, supervise, and develop the employees to enhance their proficiency.
• The service center is a vital component of any business, and ensuring that it is clean and organized helps to facilitate a productive and safe working environment.
• Familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures that affect environmental health and safety to avoid any potential violations.
