Retail Trainer / Brand Ambassador (Multiple Cities)

Join The Field Marketing Agency, a prominent nationwide sales and marketing firm specializing in driving retail store velocity for national brands. We are proud to announce our recent partnership with the leading BBQ Grill company in the country, and we are actively seeking dynamic individuals to fill multiple roles as Retail Trainers and Brand Ambassadors for Lowe’s Stores nationwide. This opportunity involves conducting training sessions and executing consumer-facing product demonstrations during the spring and summer of 2024.

Positions Available:

TEAM LEADER:

We are currently hiring Team Leaders to oversee our training initiatives in Lowe’s stores across the nation. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in engaging with Lowe’s management onsite, training their employees on the features, advantages, and benefits of our clients' BBQ Grills and Smokers. We are seeking individuals with sales experience who can effectively communicate with our team managers and local Lowe’s store leadership. The Field Marketing Agency will provide comprehensive paid training sessions to prepare you for these events.

Responsibilities:
-Interact with Lowe’s management and train employees on BBQ Grill and Smoker features.
-Organize and manage others during training events.

Requirements:
-Team Lead experience
-Ability to organize and manage others.
-Flexibility to work 4 – 5 consecutive days in the local market.
-Experience with outdoor equipment in Lowe’s or Home Depot is a plus.

Shifts: Multiple 4-hour shifts available weekly (this includes 1 hr setup)

Pay Rates:
-$30 per hour
-W4 CA, I9 all other states
-Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit

BRAND AMBASSADOR:

Responsibilities:
-Nationwide opportunities for dynamic individuals with a background in sales.
-Engage with customers at Lowe's, highlighting our client's BBQ Grills and Smokers.
-Conduct product demonstrations to generate customer interest and drive sales.
-The Field Marketing Agency provides comprehensive paid training sessions to prepare you for success.

Role Requirements:
-Seeking outgoing, charismatic, and competitive individuals.
-Must have a passion for cooking, BBQ, and smoking meats.
-Join our In-Store Brand Ambassador Program and become the face of BBQ excellence.

Shifts: Multiple 3-hour shifts available weekly to accommodate your schedule.

Pay Rates:
-$25 per hour
-W4 CA, I9 all other states
-Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit
