We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to be part of our dynamic team. The main duties will be gathering and consolidating business requirements from multiple stakeholders and translating into functional requirements.

He / she serves as the key contact point to communicate with other business units to drive software projects and work with development team to find out possible solution design and communicate with product owners clear explanation on pros and cons of different proposed design.

The incumbents should be able to verify whether the proposed design can fulfil business requirements and support agile / scrum activities and write documentation for knowledge management purposes.

Responsibilities will include

Liaise with business users and IT in different offices to identify IT needs, establish project goals, scopes and requirements for new systems and / or systems enhancement to sustain the business growth and improve process efficiencies and productivitiesResponsible to perform business analysis functions for system implementation, facilitate the elicitation of user requirements, prioritize business requirements, verify project deliverables and maintain effective communication between business stakeholdersDevelop test strategy, test cases and perform user training to ensure the system meeting business needs and requirementsConduct system integration test and user acceptance test to ensure system quality, analyse test results to take appropriate follow-up actionsResponsible for the documentation of the business requirements and system procedures in an appropriate project management mannerProvide day-to-day system support to business usersTogether with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

University graduate in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related disciplineAt least 3 years of working experience with a minimum of 1 year inBusiness Analyst roleSolid understanding of waterfall, agile or scrum methodologiesExperience in hybrid development environment : in-house, in-sourcing, out-sourcing, ODC (Offshore Development Centre), cross regions, etc.

Experience working with agile tools like JIRA, Confluence is a plusPositive working attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levelsSQL scripting skills and experience working with relational database is highly preferableProficient in spoken English and PutonghuaJoin us
