Provide leadership and guidance to athletes, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Collaborate with the Head Coach to create a positive and winning team culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to athletes to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in sports performance to continually enhance training programs and techniques.
Assist in organizing and coordinating team events, competitions, and travel arrangements.
Foster a positive and motivating environment for athletes, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Work closely with the Head Coach to identify and recruit top talent to join the team.
Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and product development, to support the overall success of the team.
Represent Nike and the team in a professional and positive manner at all times.
