Sales Executive (Aerospace Industry)- LZ-12467 - Ohio
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE
Description:
- Open new, grow, and maintain businesses across multiple markets worldwide Meet or exceeding sales and margin goals Ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction Maintain a close contact with all assigned customers and prospects Follow up on concerns, new product ideas, etc. Provide documented activity reports of sales efforts for each sales trip and monthly summaries Formulate monthly sales projection for assigned product lines Develop annual sales strategy and forecast for the welding and hard facing product lines Work hand in hand with customer service to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner Collaborate with R&D to address customer needs through implementation of new products Identify opportunities and generate leads through proactive business development activity Spearhead and/or participate in company projects as assigned Follow all requirements of the company's employee handbook and safety policies Understand and follow all company's Quality Management System (QMS) documents
Requirements:
- Must have a BA/BS from an accredited university Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales and/or customer service experience Must have excellent sales and demonstration skills Must have a strong business insight and willingness to cold call, prospect, and grow business Ability to travel 25-30% of the time to SE Asia and Europe once a year or so Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Must communicate and influence professionally and efficiently in varying levels Prior experience in the welding or metals industry preferred Prior international business experience preferred
