Location: New York County Job Introduction: The Talent Acquisition Partner is a subject matter expert in recruiting for clinical positions (RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, DOs). The Talent Acquistion Partner is experienced in all aspects of recruiting; attracting candidates through a variety of standard and creative sourcing methods, posting positions and managing candidate flow, screening and recommending placement of staff (internal and external) while adhering to Company and project policies, processes and requirements. This position will primarily focus on the recruitment of clinical staff; both contractors and direct Maximus hires. The incumbent will be fluent with basic recruiting metrics and able to manage a consistent volume of requisitions. The incumbent will partner with Department and program management to develop and maintain a clinical retention program(s) for purposes of meeting/maintaining staffing levels. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Engage in full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team are satisfied customers. Develop relationships with various department heads to review existing vacancies, discuss future staffing and facilitate on-boarding Maintain responsibility for the full life cycle recruitment process to include job requisition, sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, candidate management, salary negotiations, interviewing, compliance, offer of employment, background investigations and on-boarding. Work with senior management to develop recruiting strategies across all business units. Collaborate with leadership team to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities. Identify key personnel for select proposal opportunities and partner with proposal team to pipeline for future business. Identify candidates from numerous sources, efficiently use our applicant tracking system, write advertisements, screen and qualify candidates, and perform reference checks. Leverage a variety of recruitment techniques which may include: social media (Linkedin), conferences & other hiring events, network and source for a diverse pool of candidates, screen resumes, assess and interview candidates. Partner with Hiring Managers to establish a recruiting plan that includes deliverables, responsibilities, and expectations. Ensure compliance with company applicant tracking practices in accordance with federal and state laws. Actively track recruiting activities and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws. Interact and build relationships with third party vendors as necessary. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Track and trend attrition and movement of nurses from one vendor to another to identify any challenges that may affect retention efforts. EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management EXPERIENCE Required: 5+ years of recruiting experience in the healthcare industry; experience working with Applicant Tracking System and an HRIS Preferred: Experience recruiting for a remote workforce SKILLS Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively with a wide variety of people; capable of explaining job details, benefits, onboarding processes and policies to candidates in a clear and concise manner; strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy and flexibility to work effectively with all members of the organization; self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in fast-paced, complex, and deadline-driven environment; ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; ability to communicate information clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing; demonstrated ability to write clear and concise communications including job postings, memos and reports; extensive knowledge of human resources best practices; ability to navigate multiple databases, collaborative worksites and communication portals on a daily basis to meet business objectives; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple activities to meet business objectives; Must have knowledge of NY employment laws and regulations; CERTIFICATIONS: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday position Travel: NA Work Location: Remote position Equipment: Staff member will be issued a company-provided laptop. Staff member must supply their own high speed, reliable internet access Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate s education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
