Primark is searching for a Store Manager Unassigned who is passionate about leading the fashion revolution in the U.S. through proper training and preparation for future Store Manager duties in a designated geographic area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with knowledgeable Primark Store Managers during the training phase to grasp a thorough understanding of store operations
- Lead the Store's growth and success by defining its vision and direction, driving continuous improvement, and accomplishing strategic goals
- Raise revenues, preserve store norms, and ignite the staff to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
- Successful commercial performance necessitates effective inventory management, accurate report analysis, and strong team leadership
- Relocate to stores within the geographic boundary assigned by Primark
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong background in staff training and management, with a focus on fostering teamwork and providing ongoing coaching and development
- Developing effective leadership and staff management skills is essential in building teams that excel in their respective fields
- Displaying a sharp business acumen, skilled at evaluating data and elevating sales productivity
- The ability to communicate eloquently and the aptitude to sway and persuade stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high store standards with efficiency and professionalism
