They take great care to prepare small batches of food expertly, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection. As well as this, they are dedicated to keeping the restaurant spotless and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Smaller portions of food products also make it easier to store and preserve
• Restaurant cleanliness is a reflection of the overall professionalism of the establishment
• Daily filtering of fryer oil minimizes the risk of oil smoke, resulting in healthier and fresher food
• Maintaining outside grounds
• When it comes to keeping the workplace clean, attention must be paid to areas such as cleaning equipment, windows (inside and outside), restrooms, and stock rooms
• Moving goods from truck delivery at least two times a week
• Eliminating rubbish and trashing refuse
• Competency in managing special cookware
• Properly sliced and cut food items can make all the difference in the quality of the final dish

Qualifications:

• Relevant prior working experience is preferable but not necessary for applying to this role
• Performing efficiently in a fast and dynamic work environment
• An intense concentration on the minutiae
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to haul and convey items weighing up to 50 pounds
• An inclination to learn and grow within the organization is an integral part of achieving career goals
