The overnight Equipment Care Technician is accountable for the sanitation of all sections in the establishment, thereby aiming to provide a pleasant impression for the visitors.

The fundamental duties and obligations that are inherent to a particular role or position:

• To avoid any health hazards, it is important to thoroughly sanitize the gym equipment, locker rooms, and restrooms on a regular basis.
• Check and replenish the stock of supplies and paper products in the locker rooms regularly.
• The Club Manager should be notified of any equipment or amenity defects or absences as soon as possible.
• The Club prioritizes the safekeeping of lost member property, consequently, the Lost and Found Policy must be observed and adhered to by all members.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• The ideal candidate is someone with prior custodial experience.
• Timeliness and reliability are non-negotiables.
• Third shift work is a non-negotiable requirement.
• A commitment to honesty and diligence in job performance.
• Self-sufficiency in problem-solving is a valuable attribute.
• Maintaining a diplomatic approach to all interactions and utilizing appropriate language and behavior is crucial.
• A high school diploma/GED equivalent is mandatory for this position.
• The minimum age requirement for eligibility is 18 years or more.

Physical Demands:

• Continual standing and walking are essential elements of working a shift.
• Continuous utilization of hands, fingers, and arms throughout the shift.
• Physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching may be required from time to time during the shift.
• Candidates must possess the physical strength to lift heavy items, which may weigh over 80 pounds occasionally.
• People may encounter toxic elements from time to time.
