A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent (3pm-11pm MST) who will be responsible for providing world-class customer support via email and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customers via email using a conversational and helpful tone
Propose edits and additions to FAQs and internal knowledge base
Suggest opportunities for product team to make customers happy and offer ideas to improve customer service operation
Required Qualifications:
1+ years experience in a Customer Support role
Experience working remotely
