Our Grill Master are valued members of the Wendy's team, responsible for enhancing the dining experience of our customers. They work diligently to ensure that our menu items are cooked to perfection and served up fresh. Without their contribution, it would be impossible to maintain the high quality standards that Wendy's is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing smaller batches of food also helps to limit waste and save time and effort in the long run
- Restaurants need to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation to sustain their reputation
- To ensure the longevity of your frying oil, it is important to filter it daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Proper workplace hygiene involves not just cleaning equipment, but also cleaning windows (interior and exterior), restrooms, and stock rooms to prevent the spread of germs
- Discharging shipment truck at least two times per week
- Getting rid of rubbish and decluttering litter
- Skillful operation of bespoke culinary machinery
- To ensure customer satisfaction, it's vital to carefully cut and prepare food products before delivery
Qualifications:
- It is recommendable to have prior experience in the same role, but it is not a prerequisite
- Possessing the capability to handle the demands of a fast-moving work environment
- An unyielding commitment to meticulousness
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude to raise and transfer loads up to 50 pounds
- The willingness to learn and progress within the company is a must-have quality in today's workforce
