Associate Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering exceptional software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure our products meet and exceed customer needs while aligning with our company's vision and goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing products within a decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

What You Will Do

  • Product Development Support: Collaborate with Senior Product Manager to translate product ideas into detailed requirements, user stories, and feature specifications. Assist in creating product roadmaps and project plans

  • User Experience (UX) Optimization: Work closely with the design team to ensure user-centric product design, intuitive user interfaces, and smooth user experiences

  • Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate with QA teams to perform product testing and validation. Identify and address bugs, issues, and improvements in a timely manner

  • Project Management: Assist in managing product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

  • Customer Support and Feedback: Engage with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for product enhancements

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to measure product performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionalities

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • A bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant role

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Basic understanding of product development processes and project management principles is a plus

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable
