The Pilot Onboarding ProgramAdministrator supports our Purpose by drivingthe recruiting and onboarding of new First Officers. This role assists Candidates throughout the hiring process, supports First Officer interview Teams, and coordinates recruiting efforts. The Pilot Onboarding ProgramAdministrator is organized and a strong communicator who is eager to make a meaningful impact on our hiring efforts.

Job Summary Provides Flight Ops Support to all New Hire Pilots, Pilot Onboarding program facilitators, designated Pilot groups, and Leaders while also overseeing the First Officer Mentorship program. Specializes in the onboarding, engagement, and processing of all new Pilots while supporting the Flight Operations Pilot Onboarding program. Utilizes feedback in creating processes and best practices to increase engagement and instill Culture among Pilots.

Responsibilities Assist in development of a comprehensive plan to seek and retain professional Pilots
Develop a comprehensive plan to monitor and track Pilots and Leadership interaction in all Domiciles
Develop a comprehensive plan to monitor professional Pilot development and Leadership by collecting feedback
Focus on onboarding and engagement of New Hire Pilots during their probationary period
Focus on timely communication to Probationary Pilots as well as any other Pilots engaged in Pilot Onboarding Programs
Monitor and track Pilot vacancy movements to ensure continual Leadership contact is kept with New Hire Pilots
Plan, organize, execute, and participate in Department functions, classes and trainings, special activities, and Culture events
Sort survey data and coordinate with other support staff to make sure all survey data is available in a presentable form for Leadership upon request
Support the Manager Pilot Onboarding in developing and executing new Pilot Onboarding Programs as well as the Pilot Hiring Team and its processes
Work with other Departments and Pilot Bases to resolve a wide variety of issues impacting New Hire Pilots
May perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services, including Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction
Skilled in relationship management
Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing and assimilating data, including turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
Skilled in adjusting actions in relation to others actions
Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to listen, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others
Ability to shift back and forth between two or more activities or sources of information (e.g. speech, sounds, touch, or other sources)

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience Entry level experience, developing skills and knowledge in: Administration experience
Database experience
Coordinating and executing large events

Licensing/Certification N/A

Physical Abilities Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
