Sales Representative
Position:
We are seeking a Sales Representative who will play a vital role in our team by estimating roofing projects and cultivating relationships with both existing and potential clients. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will prospect for new opportunities, develop strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction to meet company goals.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct roof estimations for residential and commercial properties.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Identify and present appropriate roofing products and services to fulfill customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales leads, prospects, and accounts.
- Stay informed about the pricing and availability of roofing products and services.
- Keep the work environment tidy and organized.
- Provide outstanding and courteous customer service to all clients.
- Collaborate with the team and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is an advantage.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based pay position and it starts at 4%.
