Transportation Rep 21-22/hr MN ONLY - Now Hiring

MUST HAVES: * High school diploma / GED * 2+ years of call center experience, preference given to someone who has worked from home. * Consistent work history * Preference given to candidates with health insurance (HMO), physician group practice, or community agency. Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, or Hmong Description: * Answer, resolve, track and document telephone calls from members, providers, internal departments, and external agencies, in a timely and professional manner. Research, resolve and communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding member/provider concerns or issues. * Research and resolve inquiries from internal /external customers including: Enrollment, eligibility, ID cards, clinic changes, demographic changes, benefit coverage, claims, payments and member reimbursement. Pay: $21-22/hr Shift: Hours: MTWRF 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (4 reps for this shift) MTWRF 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (15 reps for this shift) MTFSatSun 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (1 reps for this shift, Flexible on T/W/R off) About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
