To Protect the Nissan Infiniti ownership experience by validating technician diagnosis To Serve dealership personnel as they navigate Nissan Infiniti policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service via phone calls, emails, chat, etc. Solid interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills Provide claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers Adjudicate warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment Validate technician diagnosis according to Technical Service Bulletin, Electronic Service Manual, and Campaign publications Continuously work on skill development Additional Job Description Additional Job Description Minimum Qualifications: Job Knowledge and Skill: Thorough knowledge of the maintenance and repair of Nissan and Infiniti vehicles; well-versed in use of technical service manuals and tools. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Experience: Three or more years of automotive experience, plus one or more years of directly related professional experience. Education: AA degree preferred. Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars and in-house classroom training. Certification as an ASE Master Technician is preferred, A1, A2, A6 required. Computer Skills: Knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, etc. to output routine products with similar, non-creative formats. Typing speed of 30wpm or better.
