Job Summary of Floating Teller:
As a Floating Teller at Banner Bank, your primary responsibility is to provide support as a teller/banker at various retail branch locations within a specified region. You should strive to create an enjoyable experience for every client while ensuring that their transactions are processed accurately and promptly. Additionally, you should suggest and promote bank products and services that may be of interest to clients. This position requires you to travel between branches daily.
Qualification of Floating Teller:
Familiarity with computer systems and software is essential in today's banking industry. Whether it's data analysis tools, customer relationship management software, or online banking platforms, banking professionals must be comfortable with using technology to perform their job functions:
- Applicants must have at least one year of experience as a teller and demonstrate sales proficiency with established goals achieved
- Exceptional skill at arranging and prioritizing tasks, combined with elementary capabilities in problem solving, negotiation, and quantitative analysis
- Written communication, particularly in email, is a crucial aspect of modern business communication and should be treated with care and attention

- This job's starting rate per hour is based on experience, with a range of $18.00 to $19.00. An additional $1.50 premium may also apply to the base pay
