Key Responsibilities:
Develop and engage a talent pipeline for leadership positions
Manage the interview process and negotiate offers with selected candidates
Build a network of industry contacts and maintain market intelligence
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business related field
7-10 years of experience in HR or Recruiting
Experience in a consultative or advisory capacity
Proven success in sourcing, managing, and placing candidates
Proficient in using various recruiting technologies
