As a Product Replenishment Specialist at Lowe's, its your responsibility to meet the requirements of our customers by ensuring they have access to the products they need. You accomplish this by accurately receiving and stocking the merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• To provide exceptional customer service, you must be willing to listen carefully to customers' concerns or issues. When customers feel heard and understood, they are more likely to return to your business
• Seize, maintain, and refresh stock
• Proper lifting guidelines should be observed to avoid accidents or strain injuries when moving or placing products
• Successfully and carefully unload merchandise from newly arrived freight
• Transport items to the sales floor and furnish each department
• Managing unsafe materials and renewing defective storage
• One of the most important duties that must be fulfilled is the need to keep the backroom organized and the equipment fully charged at all times
• Keep your store shipshape by stacking items carefully on the top shelf. By setting up the top shelf correctly, items that are often in demand by customers can be showcased, which will help increase your overall sales

Requirements:

• Proficiency to comprehend and equip for the physical strain required for transporting goods during the majority of your workday
• Ready to Work Any Shift: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Overnight on Any Day
• Ability to perform activities that necessitate prolonged standing, sitting, and other movements needed to execute work duties effectively
• Capacity to carry 25 pounds without aid; has the ability to lift loads exceeding 25 pounds either with or without aid

Travel Requirements:

Travel is not a routine part of this job, but you may have to travel occasionally for meetings, training, or to help out nearby stores.

• Successful applicants must be seasoned in handling forklifts, order pickers, and similar machinery for at least three months
• A potential employee is expected to possess six months of experience handling inventory and maintaining stock levels in a warehouse
