+ Provide analytical support to our airport operationsand work directly with operations leadership & various other departments to ensure the airports are provided with the passenger service and fleet service headcount required to achieve our financial and performance goals.
+ You'll also develop and build reports that support airport leadership decision making.
+ ??This role is a part of the Workforce Operations team within our Customer Experience Planning and Analysis group.

+ Partner closely with airport leadership to create meaningful reports that drive change
+ Provide feedback on strategic opportunities that will shape the roadmap
+ Represent airport leadership in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to improve and evolve our reporting and analytical capabilities
+ Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned
+ Must be able to work during non-business hours to provide support when necessary
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Undergraduate degree in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/training
+ 3+ years of relevant experience
+ Experience utilizing Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software
+ Experience and working proficiency in SQL
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Knowledge of airport operations
+ Proficient in use of Oracle Hyperion Essbase and LaborApp
+ Proficient in Python
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines, and shift priorities appropriately, in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with great attention to detail
+ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Strong organizational skills
