Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open positions, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

The Recruiter will also work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies.QualificationsExperience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisitionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsFamiliarity with recruiting for security services or military / law enforcement personnel is a plus
