Drive customer support through phone, chat, and/or email using various different tools Respond to customer inquiries with a focus on providing a solution to the specific issue Help customers understand the services offered and discover which features will benefit their needs Troubleshoot access to online services through password resets Meet or exceed performance expectations in regard to customer satisfaction and other related metrics/KPIs Qualifications Able to work on-site in Orem, Utah You are 18+ years of age You have a high school diploma or GED You can pass a criminal background check and drug test (if applicable) You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company You work well with a team or independently Interest or knowledge of sports is a plus!
