Job Summary:

At Wyndys.com, we are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Child Care Provider to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children under your care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate and attentive care to children in our facility.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of each child at all times.
• Creating and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational programs that promote learning and development.
• Supervising and engaging children in indoor and outdoor play activities.
• Assisting with meal times and ensuring children receive nutritious snacks and meals.
• Maintaining a clean and organized childcare environment, including regular sanitization of toys and play areas.
• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as licensing regulations.
• Collaborating with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Providing a positive and nurturing presence that fosters a sense of security and trust among children and families.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

• Ability to engage and interact positively with children of varying ages.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of children and the childcare facility.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and families.
