Overview:

Position Description:Under the supervision of the Dean, ACCESS and Wellness and at the day-to-day coordination with the ACCESS Testing Coordinator, the Lead Proctor will monitor accommodated test takers in a group and 1:1 setting.

Target Populations to be Served:Accessibility Resource Centers for Students provide counseling, instruction, and accommodations for students with disabilities and medical conditions.

Salary:
$18.00 per hour (due to the Temporary nature of the position the hourly rate is not negotiable).

Minimum Qualifications:

Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor accommodated test-takers in a group and 1:1 setting
  2. Report to testing staff any incidents
  3. Document testing information
  4. Maintain organized testing rooms
  5. Create case notes for incidents in testing room
  6. Assist testers with technology during test (i.e.- screen readers, flash drives, etc.)
  7. Log untaken and taken tests
  8. Enter MIS data into database
  9. Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of work in an office and/or educational setting.

Conditions of Employment:

The person holding this position is required to be present on Mt. San Antonio College’s campus to perform all essential duties and responsibilities.
