Phone Operator- ON SITE
Aston Carter is looking to hire several Phone Operators to work for a healthcare client in the Albany, NY area.
This position would take place ON SITE and would interview and start as soon as possible! This is a great foot in the door opportunity with a large organization!
Job Description
- Answer incoming calls and directing callers to proper departments
- Responding back to messages left by customers
- Print and mail letters to patients
- Other administrative duties where needed
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Accurate data entry input skills
Hours
8:00am- 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Pay
17/hr.
