Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and reception area. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient guest service, manage reservations, and supervise the front office team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front office operations including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to guests at all times
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy in billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
