Job Summary of Full-Time Store Associate:

As a member of the Full-Time Store Associate, you'll have various duties such as arranging products for display, restocking products, accepting payment from customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities of Full-Time Store Associate:

• Display the M.A.P. requirements for this position by regularly exhibiting the appropriate mindset, actions, competencies, and professional skills.
• Executes transactions made by customers, carries out regular cleaning tasks, arranges and organizes products on shelves and displays them in a presentable manner
• Deliver stellar customer assistance, aiding shoppers with their purchasing journey
• Work together with fellow team members and ensure effective communication to the store management team
• Management needs to be informed about the performance of all products, including their success rates and any challenges they face in the market. Keeping them updated about product performance will help them make better decisions regarding production and sales
• Follow the proper procedures for conducting store inventory audits and maintaining accuracy in inventory tracking
• Follows established cash policies and procedures to prevent financial losses
• Adheres to the pre-existing protocols and guidelines set forth by the organization and safeguards all private information and records. Additional responsibilities may also be assigned

Physical Demands of Full-Time Store Associate: 

• Competence in moving stock from the receiving area to the shelves; proficient in placing products on shelves at different elevations. Frequently needed to sit, stand, stoop, extend, shove, tug, lift, transport, and roam throughout the store
• The ability to perform tasks, be it with or without reasonable accommodation, is a prerequisite for the job

Qualifications of Full-Time Store Associate:

• Comply with all regulations set forth by your state and local government when it comes to the handling and sale of alcoholic beverages
• It is preferred for candidates to possess a high school diploma or its equivalent
