Job Overview The Analyst will support a security engagement process to assess incoming security engagement requests, assign the requests to the appropriate engineer, and work security assessments below a medium security risk level to help ensure that the network, software, systems, and infrastructure are designed and implemented to the highest security standards and per T-Mobile security policies. This is accomplished through a simple engagement model, using technical security skills, and people empowered to make a difference. The analyst will support additional programs and processes within the team to ensure that security is incorporated across T-Mobile. Job Responsibilities: Works with cross functional groups and staff in the creation and testing of procedures, standard or regulatory controls to ensure the security and privacy of information on T-Mobile's Network. Participate in information security review of new technologies, designs, and remediation planning efforts. Serves as liaison between CIS, IT Operations, engineering, upper management & dept. representatives to maximize the adoption of and support for info security plans, procedures, and regulatory controls. Participates in identifying security needs & recommends plans/resolutions. Implements, tests & monitors info security improvements. Support info security policy lifecycle throughout, including intake, creation, review, approval, implementation, publishing, communication & maintenance. Contribute to security projects driven by groups both internal and external to info security. Education Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience Work Experience 2-4 years Experience in info security technology or related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication backgound Security experience ITIL NIST Frameworks Licenses and Certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Washington Pay Range: $87, 000 - $117,700 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work loc ation, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T - Mobile, employees in regular, non - temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Cor porate employees are eligible for a year - end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses b ased on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
