Job Summary:

Wyndys.com is on the lookout for someone who is compassionate and reliable to provide care for children on our team. As a caregiver, you'll create a safe and happy environment that will be instrumental in the growth and development of the children.

Responsibilities:

• Keep watch: Constant vigilance is necessary during children's scheduled hours to keep a watchful eye on their welfare and safety.
• Nourish children's creativity and overall development by involving them in activities that are appropriate for their age, such as arts and crafts, playtime, and educational games.
• Observing Health Standards: Observe best practices and health standards while preparing meals to ensure they are safe for children.
• Furnish assistance with homework and academic pursuits, proffering guidance and support whenever necessary.
• Ensure a stress-free bedtime for your child by lending a hand with their routine. Tasks may include helping with bathing, dressing and reading bedtime stories.
• Maintaining open communication with the parents regarding their child's activities, progress and notable happenings during babysitting adds great value to your services.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caring for children or babysitting is desirable for this role.
• A genuine fondness for youngsters and a nurturing nature.
• A responsible individual with an unwavering dedication to safety, consistently demonstrating reliability.
• Outstanding talents in connecting with others and expressing oneself.
• The talent to attract children to enjoyable and informative activities.
• Candidates with accreditation in CPR and First Aid are favored.
• A beneficial attribute would be having a functional driver's license and reliable access to transportation.
