Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support and project coordination to the Vice PresidentsMaintain and prioritize the executives' calendars, arrange meetings, and manage complex international travel arrangementsCoordinate departmental events, meetings, and manage related logistics and documentationRequired Qualifications and EducationA degree in Business or a related discipline, or some formal Executive Administration trainingMinimum of 5-7 years of executive administrative experience supporting VP-level or higher executivesExtensive knowledge and prior use of Microsoft Office suite products and web-based meeting platformsExperience in handling extensive, complex international travel arrangementsAbility to work flexible hours to accommodate last-minute changes to appointments or travel issues
