Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Representative to join our team at DHL in Chicago, Illinois. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via live chat
- Understand and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with orders, tracking, and returns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Driven and resourceful attitude
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
