The hourly pay range quoted above represents the lower and upper limits of the minimum wage. The final salary amount will be influenced by varying aspects, including training, experience, location, and education. The figure quoted hourly may also differ, based on the minimum wage criteria in the respective state and city. Team members paid hourly are eligible for overtime compensation based on Inspire Brands policy and local requirements.
