Job Title: Global Customer Director

Location: anywhere on the East Coast.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Customer Director, based out of our Charlotte location (or main office on the East region). In this strategic role you will manage one of our Global Healthcare customers supporting them with strategic, operational, and solutions driven activity across the network that adds value and creates competitive advantages for our global client's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand our client's business and supply chain priorities


• Build an account program plan focused on strategic roadmap and key priorities


• Prepare and conduct annual strategy meeting, annual KPI alignment meeting, quarterly business review and monthly performance review with our client


• Prepare and conduct regular meetings and engagement calls with products, sales, and regional teams focused on account strategy and alignment on our delivery of our customer promise


• Agree SOP and KPI targets and measure against agreed targets in alignment with products and regions


• Publish performance metrics and drive performance via process improvement action plans


• Take lead of new and additional business implementation and customer-initiated projects and deliver in full within the agreed timeline


• Retain our business and deliver our client's budgeted financial targets


• Understand and be able to explain business trends in terms of volume and profitability


• Apply process improvement measures such as automation, elimination, simplification and standardization where applicable


• Be our client's key point of contact and go to person for global/regional supply chain optimization and service delivery matters and escalations

Skills / Requirements

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding and Order Management Solutions


• Proven experiences in large scale project management on complex customer implementations


• driving process standardization, automation and continuous improvement in various logistics products and services


• Be capable to communicate with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally
