Financial Services Representative (First Shift)
Aston Carter is currently career-driven individuals interested in Financial Service Representative position in Pensacola, FL.
**Training would be fully on site. After the completion of training, candidates may have the option to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site and remotely**
Description:
- To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
- Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
- Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts
- Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
- Handle a call volume of 80-100 calls daily
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/ GED required
- Recent customer service experience working directly with customers. (1-2 years recent call center, retail, admin, or sales experience.)
- Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume environment
- Willingness to help others and ability to navigate difficult conversations
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Quick data entry skills
Training: 6 weeks MANDATORY On-Site at Pensacola campus.
Schedule: First Shift- Full-time 5 days a week. 8-9 hour shifts. Candidates must be comfortable working one day every weekend. Your schedule would be provided two weeks in advance, and you would have a rotating day off throughout the week to balance a 40hr work week.
