Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
• Maintain customer records and ensure they are up-to-date.

Basic Qualifications:
