Overview

Expected pay for this position is $48.76 - $64.61/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager of Human Resources Information Management (HRIM) is responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of the information systems that support human resources (HR) business processes. Manages the human resources information systems data team. Leads HR and Ministry‐wide projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of human resources business processes and data in accordance with the strategic direction of human resources executive leadership. Accountable for HR reporting and analytics, data integrity, and systems optimization.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, computer/data science, or related field.

Experience:

  • Three years’ experience in Human Resources, HR Information Systems, or Information Technology.

Licensure/ Certification: N/A

 

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change and complex projects.
  • Experience with and working knowledge of building/managing information systems and data integrations.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated success with translating strategy into action.
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive data.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education:

  • Master’s degree in business, human resources, information technology, computer/data science, or related field.

Experience:

  • Three years’ leadership experience.
  • Three years' experience working directly with Human Resources Information Systems.

Licensure/ Certification: N/A

Other Skills/ Knowledge: N/A
