Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your familiarity with the intricacies of the auto parts business to support your team and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote excellent customer service by encouraging open communication and cooperation between the management and technical staff.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and demonstrate an enthusiastic and energetic work ethic.
  • Obtain accurate information and obtain genuine components, swiftly informing clients of their current availability.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Familiarity with parts store or automotive industry is advantageous, with an openness to learning more.
  • One of the prerequisites for this job opening is a certification of High School Diploma or GED, and additional educational background in technical or trade schools can improve the likelihood of being selected.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Exhibiting the capability to work competently within a retail environment, including the distinct ambiance of an airport.
  • Being familiar with the automotive industry, heavy equipment, or equivalent fields is advantageous.
  • Being familiar with cataloging, sourcing, and inventory management programs is a plus.
