What You'll Do:

  • Combine both technical and leadership proficiencies to effectively train and develop individuals in offering unparalleled customer service.
  • Foster loyalty among your team and customers by collaborating with them to identify the optimal solutions for their vehicle needs.
  • Provide support to the SCM in administering and monitoring the service center activities.
  • Assume accountability for the stock, staff management, and monetary outcomes of the service center.
  • Take charge of training and developing the team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a hygienic and orderly service facility, while implementing measures to enhance safety and security.
  • Take charge of customer service operations and become a role model for others, inspiring them to provide superior customer service.

How You'll Succeed:

  • Demonstrate teamwork and a customer-centric approach by being approachable and accommodating.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with others and articulate your thoughts is a valuable asset.
  • A skill in conducting math operations that involve adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and computing percentages.
  • Understanding of facility safety and financial security guidelines is crucial.
  • Can lift objects weighing as much as 50 pounds periodically.
  • Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and scaling staircases.
  • Capable of moving freely without any restrictions and can rotate, crouch, and flex.
  • The possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent is crucial in today's job market.
  • Experience in a supervisory role or equivalent training for at least six months is ideal.
