Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Check incoming shipments to guarantee that the contents match the order specifications.
• Sufficient equipment is necessary for the safe and efficient handling of merchandise.
• Undertake the assigned task of selecting, packaging, and getting orders ready for dispatch while following the established procedures.
• Support inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts.
• Reduce the chances of accidents or injuries by adhering to the established safety protocols and procedures.
• Cleanliness and organization are necessary for the optimal running of the warehouse operations.
• Reinforce the need for teamwork and effective communication in accomplishing tasks within the warehouse team to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent certification must be earned.
• While having previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment would be advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Keen focus on precision and meticulosity while managing stock.
• Capability to hoist massive objects and complete arduous tasks.
• Basic computer literacy is a requirement when it comes to the successful handling of inventory management systems.
• Ability to handle a forklift and have the necessary certification or the motivation to obtain it, if required.
• Embodying a strong work ethic and a deep sense of responsibility towards one's work and responsibilities.
• Exceptional collaborative strengths and superb ability to communicate.
• A valuable quality for thriving in a fast-paced and physically challenging milieu is adaptability.
