Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy of the contents and process them accordingly.
• Handling of merchandise should be done safely and efficiently by selecting suitable equipment.
• Carry out the assigned task of choosing, packing, and preparing orders for shipping as per the laid out procedure.
• Conduct cycle counts and contribute to managing inventory.
• Abide by the standard safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries from occurring.
• A well-maintained and organized warehouse space is required for efficient operations.
• Encourage a sense of shared purpose and coordinated efforts among team members for enhanced productivity and efficiency in the warehouse team.

Qualifications:

• To meet the eligibility criteria, a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate is essential.
• While having previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment would be advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Adeptness in overseeing stock with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Talent in bearing extensive loads and performing demanding manual tasks.
• Adept use of inventory management software hinges on having a solid understanding of computer fundamentals.
• Forklift certification or a desire to achieve it (if deemed necessary).
• Committed to a robust work ethic and a reliable and punctual attitude towards work and assignments.
• Exceptional collaborative strengths and superb ability to communicate.
• Pliability in the face of a high-intensity and physically taxing milieu is a prized attribute.
