Job Responsibilities:

•  Expertise in Front of House visual merchandising and retail brand standards OR an eye towards Back of House Operational excellence.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

•  Proactive, solutions-oriented mentality with a history of solving unique, complex problems that have a broad, inter-connected impact on the business


• Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training


• Collaborative individual with experience in a cross functional role, with a proven track record driving critical initiatives and projects across functions


• Excellent Written and Verbal Skills


• Excellent team communication and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to ensure project-team cohesion, effective collaboration, and strong motivation across internal team and outsourced partners


• Ability to navigate complex cross-functional matrix organization

• 4+ years of proven success in retail concepts or in-store leadership roles, or a combination of those
