Job Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Front of House visual merchandising and retail brand standards OR an eye towards Back of House Operational excellence.
- Comfortable speaking with multiple partners at varying levels, ability to synthesize details to report up high level accomplishments and risks

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mentality with a history of solving unique, complex problems that have a broad, inter-connected impact on the business
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- Collaborative individual with experience in a cross functional role, with a proven track record driving critical initiatives and projects across functions
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
- Excellent team communication and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to ensure project-team cohesion, effective collaboration, and strong motivation across internal team and outsourced partners
- Ability to navigate complex cross-functional matrix organization
- A passion for building amazing consumer and Firstline experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, willing to question the edges of retail and how we can do better as a team
- Stellar project management skills and a love for organization and the details
- 4+ years of proven success in retail concepts or in-store leadership roles, or a combination of those
- 75% Travel
