We're seeking a Client Service Specialist at Associate level to join our BNY Mellon Advisors team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a hybrid working position.

We're seeking a Client Service Specialist at Associate level to join our BNY Mellon Advisors team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a hybrid working position.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Supporting assigned client relationships and identifying areas of opportunity to grow those relationships.
- Serving as a point of contact for responding to day-to day client inquiries and requests, as well as coordinating and communicating with internal parties, i.e., investments, operations, legal & compliance, etc. when necessary.
- Client on-boarding/off-boarding - lead the EKYC process, collect AML/KYC Documents, co-ordinate investment set-up, account opening processes or distribution of liquidated investments, etc.
- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Independently managing and supporting assigned ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant Client Service experience, preferably at an asset management firm, or experience in a financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- AML/KYC related experience and knowledge of other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel and PowerPoint
