Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Stripe is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Provide feedback to management on potential improvements to customer support processes

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Resourceful and resilient personality traits
- Strong decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
