Why you'll love this job- This job is a member of the Flight Service Team within the Customer Experience Division.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining all AirVision scheduling packets.
- Schedules all specifications and provisioning rates into packets to ensure proper catering operations
- Interacts with Menu Planers, Product Managers and Commodity Managers to develop best scheduling practices for products and services (Food, Beverage, Liquor, Catering Equipment, Menus, etc.)
- Serves as a liaison with the Chief Pilots / Caterers when exception Pilot meals are added to flights
- Sets up each catering facility access to the consolidated food and service schedule report
- Maintains entrée provisioning rate tables for caterers
- Ability to travel as necessary
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED Equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Knowledge of planning and operations systems
- 1 year of systems project management experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to interact with other work groups, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to multi-task with strong organization skills and issue resolution
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Access
