Job Summary:

Be a part of DIRECTV's frontline group and contribute to the success of our clients. You will be tasked with setting up and fixing devices that provide voice, data, and video facilities. Your superb customer service proficiency will be essential since you will be educating clients about our offerings and endorsing DIRECTV as the top provider.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the satellite equipment is installed and serviced to meet customer needs, and that the functions of the equipment are working as intended.
• Educating clients about the different aspects and functions of our services is a crucial element of our commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Confirm Functionality of Service, Exhibit and Vend Video Services during Customer Interactions.
• Carry out installations in diverse settings, both indoor and outdoor, while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Access the firm's technological tools to efficiently retrieve and complete orders.
• Operate corporate automobiles for transportation to project sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A legitimate driver's license that corresponds with the type of vehicle driven.
• Competency in self-directed work and provision of superior customer support.
• Openness to a flexible schedule, which may include working weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Meeting all mandatory drug tests, security scans, and physical evaluations to ensure compliance.
• It is highly preferred if you have prior experience in a technical field.
