Mechanical Assembler
Description:
Candidate will perform mechanical assemblies to build lawn care equipment - aerators (size of walk behind snow blower), blowers (dragged behind atv on trailer), most of their products are used on golf courses - they make everything lawn care EXCEPT for lawn mowers. Use hand and power tools such as power drill, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and various basic hand tools for assembly and working off blue prints. May do sub assemblies (working by themselves) or full assemblies in 2 person teams.
The candidates will NOT be working in Assembly line as they will be completing full assembly of products from start to finish.
Depending on Assembly department could be making 15 units daily or 1 unit every 2-3 days.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent Attendance - no more then 1 day missed per month
Hand and power tool experience (6+ months)
1+ year of Hands on Mechanical Assembly experience
Able to interpret a blue print (some one who is able to buy a bike or a piece of furniture from target and put it together)
Good attitude and effort
Prefer - Gearheads - people who like to work on their cars or a lube/auto tech (work/hobby)
