What can you expect in a Director of Sales Operations role with TaskUs:


As the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team by implementing and optimizing sales processes, strategies, and technologies.


You will be responsible for leading a team focused on improving sales efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.


Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Enablement, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.




  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, from lead generation to deal closure.




  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.




  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide insights to support resource allocation and decision-making.




  • Sales Enablement: Implement sales enablement initiatives, including training, tools, and resources, to empower the sales team and improve their effectiveness.




  • Sales Technology Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology solutions to support sales operations and enhance productivity.




  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.




  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor sales performance. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance and progress against goals.




  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.




Required Qualifications:




  • Proven experience in sales operations or sales management roles, preferably in the BPO industry.




  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.




  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.




  • Proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.




  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets.




  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
