Marketing Communication Specialist
We are seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team to support one of our customers. This role will focus primarily on consumer-based products and involves reactive communication related to product issues.

The ideal candidate will possess project management skills and the ability to take ownership of issues, understand them thoroughly, and develop comprehensive content to explain these issues.

Develop and manage communication deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, customer letters, info sheets, spec sheets, call center scripts, etc.

Work with the third level support engineer, R&D, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive communication strategy.

Handle both low level, quick turnaround tasks and long-term projects that may span several months.
Proven experience in Marketing Communication or a related field.
Excellent writing and copywriting skills.
Strong project management skills to oversee the development of communication deliverables from start to finish.
Experience in handling customer communications is a plus.
